An excellent and heart healthy dish.

Ingredients

2 cups raw rice

2/3 cup chopped bell pepper

1 cup green onion tops

1/2 cup minced parsley

1/4 cup corn oil

1 tsp salt

1 1/2 tsp worchestershire sauce

1/4 tbsp red pepper

2 cups beef or chicken boullion (2 cups water and 6 cubes boullion

Directions

Put all ingredients together in top of cooker. Cover and cook 30 minutes. Works great in your rice cooker.
