This quiche dish is a great delight and so easy to prepare. Makes you feel like a French Chef.
Ingredients
2 pie crust
3 green onion chopped
1 cup broccoli
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 cup half and half
3 cups crab meat
8 ounces grated Swiss Cheese
4 eggs beaten
salt and pepper to taste
Butter for sauteing
Directions
Saute green onions and broccoli in butter. Mix in the mayonnaise, half and half and the crab meat. Then add the cheese, the beaten eggs and seasonings.
Pour into the pie shells and bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees.
