Grand Champion, Peoples Choice and First Place in the Big Dippers category. Suzanne Meaux won on July 8th the first ever Ice Cream Freeze Off held in Lafayette, LA. This is the first time the state has ever had this competition. They had various entries and the turn out was larger than expected. All proceeds went to the Children’s Museum. I am also attaching her recipe. She named her entry Old Glory and added Blueberries and Raspberries to bring out the red, white and blue. Have convincing from her friends to enter she was glad she did . Huge success. |
