| Ingredients |
| 1 onion, chopped |
1 bell pepper, chopped |
| 3 to 4 garlic cloves, chopped |
1 garfish roast |
| salt and pepper to taste |
oil |

| | | Directions | | Making slits in Garfish stuff with mixture of onion,bellpepper and garlic, which has been mixed well and seasoned. Once that is done season your roast well; heat oil in heavy skillet and brown roast on all sides being careful not to burn, then add water, cooking roast for an hour or so. Adding water to make gravy as you go. When done serve with hot rice |
