Prep Time:30 minutes
Cook Time:10 minutes
Ready In:40 minutes
This is a really neat way to have your children enjoy friut as well as your holiday guest. Lovely for use as a centerpiece for your holiday celebrations.
 
Ingredients
1 roll of cookie dough 1/2 cup powdered sugar
8 ounces cream cheese various fruits sliced like strawberries, kiwi, pecans, banana, grapes, peaches, cantelope or other fruit of your choice
sprinke with Fresh Fruit retail priduct GLAZE
2 cups powdered sugar 1 1/2 cup orange juice
2 tbsp cornstarch  
 
Directions
Roll out and bake the cookie dough according to package directions in a round pizza pan.

Mix the 1/2 c powdered sugar and 8 oz cream cheese and spread on top of the baked cookie.

Place your sliced or cut fruit on top of the iced cookie and sprinkle with Fresh Fruit to keep the fruit from changing color.

Glaze: Combine the 2 c powdered sugar. orange juice and cornstarch in a medium size pan and cook until thickened. Pour over the fruit.
