Makes: 6 - 8 servings
Prep Time:20 minutes
Cook Time:28 minutes
Ready In:48 minutes
A quick light tasting dessert.
 
Ingredients
1 can fruit filling of choice 1 cup bisquick baking mix
1/4 cup milk 1 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp butter melted  
 
Directions
Spread filling in an ungreased 1 1/2 quart caserole. Put in a cold oven and set heat at 400 degrees for 10 minutes. Remove from oven.

In a separate bowl combine the bisquick, milk sugar and butter. Drop 6 spoonfuls on the warm pie filling. Sprinkle with sugar if desired.

Bake 18 to 20 minutes or until biscuit topping is brown.
