A popular recipe request that many website visitors ask MawMaw to find. This recipe is guaranteed to make your mouth water and your family or guest happy to be invited to dinner. If crawfish is not available, you can always substitute shrimp. Substituting shrimp for crawfish applies to any of our recipes which contain crawfish as an ingredient.

Ingredients
8 jumbo shrimp 1/4 cup chopped fresh chives
1/4 cup garlic butter 1/4 pound cooked crawfish tails
1/2 cup sliced mushrooms 1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup heavy cream 1/2 pound lump crabmeat
1/4 can Parmesan cheese salt, white pepper, red pepper to taste
few drops of LA Hot Sauce 1 pound cooked fettucine noodles
fresh parsley

Directions
Sauté shrimp and chives in garlic butter on medium heat. When shrimp is almost cooked, add the crawfish tails, mushrooms and cook until shrimp are done. After shrimp are completely cooked, add sour cream and heavy cream. Mix together well and add noodles. Mix again then gently fold in the crab meat. Add the Parmesan cheese. Season to taste with salt, white pepper, red pepper and the hot sauce. Serve over fettuccine and garnish with parsley.
