Ever since my son found this recipe on the internet from the Nestle's Chocolate site, this fudge has given me the best comments out of all the fudges I have made. This recipe is great for a no fail fudge recipe.

Ingredients
2 tbsp butter 2/3 cup Carnation milk
1 1/2 cup granualted sugar 1/4 tsp salt
2 cups minature marshmallows (4oz) 1 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate morsels
1/2 cup pecans 1 tsp vanilla

Directions
In a medium heavy duty pot on medium heat, combine the butter, sugar, milk and salt. Bring to a full rolling boil stirring constantly about 4 to 5 minutes until the soft ball stage is reached (when a small amount dropped in a glass of water turns to a soft ball).

I like to roast my pecans before adding to the mixture. Here is a quick way. In the microwave, heat the pecans for 2 minutes, stopping and stirring at the one minute interval.

Remove from heat and stir in the marshmellows, the nuts, vanilla, and chocolate chips. Stir for one minute or until all is melted.

Pour into a foil lined lined pan and cool for 50 mintues. Editor's Note: Although the original recipe calls for aluminum foil, I butter a glass pan and spread out the mixture, I cool and then cut the fudge.

Scale this recipe to servings.
