This dish is sure to please any seafood lover. Using canned soups this dish is fast and extremely tasty. This quick dish is impressive enough for company yet easy enough for a week night meal.

Ingredients
1 tbsp butter or margarine 2 stalks of celery chopped
1/4 cup chopped gren pepper 1/4 cup sliced green onions
1 pound fresh cleaned shrimp 1 can Campbell's Creamof Chicken (10 3/4oz) or Fat Free Cream of Chicken
1/2 cup water dash of cayenne pepper
1/4 cup minced parsley 1 cup cooked rice or noodles
paprika for garnish

Directions
Heat butter in skillet. Add celery, green pepper and green onions and cook until tender. Add shrimp and cook 3 to 5 min. or until done.

Add soup, water and cayenne pepper, parsley and heat through. Serve over rice. Sprinkle with paprika.

Think about serving it over hot cooked egg noodles garnished with chopped fresh parsley and some roasted red pepper.

Be sure to serve a loaf of warm crusty bread alongside this saucy dish.
