A fast easy cobbler you can make at the end of a hard day's work.
Ingredients
1 jar cobbler filling from Cracker Barrel Store or a can of your favorite filling
2 cups Bisquick biscuit mix
2 cups sugar
2 cups milk
1 tsp vanilla

Directions
Melt one stick of oleo or butter in a 9 x 13 pyrex or similar baking dish. Pour entire jar of cobbler mix in baking dish and spread evenly. Combine the Bisquick, sugar, milk and vanilla, mix well and pour over the cobbler filling and spread evenly. Bake in 375 degree oven for one hour. Serve with a large scoop of good ice cream (as if there is anything like bad ice cream). Enjoy!
