You will be using a BBQ pit for this dish! Crab boil makes the flavoring difference in this chicken. We think this chicken could compete in flavor with KFC Chicken! Buy an extra case of beer (Drink Responsibly) to treat the cook or better yet Kiss the Cajun Cook - Embrasser le Cuisinier Acadien.

Ingredients
1 Whole chicken Fryer 1 10 oz. or 12 oz.can of Coors Light Beer
1 small bottle of crab boil

Directions
Season chicken to taste with salt, pepper or Slap your Momma Cajun Seasonings. Pour out or drink half the can of beer and refill the can with the small bottle of crab boil. Place the can of beer inside of the chicken cavity, letting the drumsticks balance the chicken on the grill. Cook slowly over the coals for two and one half hours to three hours. Skin will be really crispy and chicken should be juicy when done. The beer/crab boil will evaporate and flavor the chicken meat. Make sure you have enough for seconds.
