Makes: 24 servings
Prep Time:20 minutes
Cook Time:8 minutes
Ready In:28 minutes
These are quick, easy and my kids love them!
 
Ingredients
1 3/4 cup flour 1 tbsp baking powder
1/2 tsp nutmeg 1 egg
3/4 cup sugar 1 tsp salt
3/4 cup milk  
 
Directions
Mix all ingredients together. Drop by teaspoonfuls into hot oil. When brown, drain on paper towels and then roll in nutmeg and sugar.

Scale this recipe to servings.
