Makes: 10 -20 servings
Prep Time:30 minutes
Cook Time:1 hour, 15 minutes
Ready In:1 hour, 45 minutes
This dressing is sure to please everyone with its bold, tasty flavor and easy to use recipe.
 
Ingredients
2 medium onions 4 stalks celery
1 cup chopped green onion 2 pounds breakfast sausage (Jimmy Dean)
4 tbsp soy sauce 2 cups raw rice
2 cans cream of mushroom soup 8 cloves of garlic
2 bell peppers 1/2 cup fresh parsley
2 sticks butter 2 cans cream of chicken soup
salt and pepper to taste  
 
Directions
Sauté first three ingredients (onions celery and green onions)in heavy skillet on low heat. DO NOT BROWN.

Add sausage and cook well.

Add other ingredients, mixing well.

Pour into buttered dish and bake covered at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 15 minutes. Stir every 15 minutes.

This recipe makes a very large serving and can be cut in half.

Scale this recipe to servings.
