The name speaks for itself. Baker's hint - before pouring the batter into the pie shell, baste shell with beaten egg white. It will help prevent a soggy crust.
Ingredients
3/4 stick butter
3 eggs
3 tbsp flour
1 1/2 cup sugar
1 cup crushed pineapple drained
1 cup coconut
1 unbaked pie shell 9 inch
Directions
Melt butter and mix with the remaining ingredients except the pie shell. Pour into the unbaked pie shell. Bake one hour at 350 degrees or until set and brown.
