All the different textures and flavors in this salad make it much more delicious! Goes great with any entree! I usually make it when company comes over and always get rave reviews! |

| Ingredients |
| 1 cup chopped pecans |
1 package Ramen Noodles, uncooked & broken |
| 2 tbsp butter |
1 bunch broccoli, chopped |
| 1 bag spinach |
4 thin green onions, chopped |

| Dressing |
1/2 cup oil |
| 1/8 cup sugar |
1/4 cup Balsamic vinegar |
| 1 1/2 tsp soy sauce |
salt & pepper, to taste |

| | | Directions | Remove noodles from bag, discard flavor pack and break noodles. Brown pecans and noodles in butter, cool on paper towels. Combine with remaining ingredients. For the dressing, combine all ingredients. Toss salad with dressing right before serving.
