Cook Time:	20 minutes
Ready In:	30 minutes

Classic egg white sugar icing..it's like a sugar icing..it turns hard once applied to cake..

Ingredients

1 1/2 cup sugar

2 egg whites

5 tbsp water

pinch of tartar powder

Directions

In a medium saucepan, mix combine sugar, egg whites, tartar powder and water.

Cook until boiling stirring constantly until thick. Add the vanilla and spread over your favorite cake or dessert.
