This cake is fast to prepare and the taste is wonderful. |
| |
| Ingredients |
| 1 stick of butter melted |
1 box yellow cake mix |
| 1 cream cheese 8 oz softened to room temperature |
1 box powdered sugar |
| 4 eggs |
| |
| | | Directions | In a small saucepan, melt the butter. Cool and add one egg. Combine the butter, egg and the box of cake mix. Place and the pat the mixture in a 9x13 pan or 8x8 pan.
In a bowl, mix the cream cheese, the powdered sugar and 3 eggs. Pour into the baking pan over the mixture. The mixture is slightly watery but will firm after coming out of the oven.
Bake 40 minutes at 350 degrees.
Really a great tasting cake. |
