Prep Time:30 minutes
Cook Time:15 minutes
Ready In:45 minutes
Flavorful is the word for this dish similar to macque choux (shoo). Great for fresh corn (that has been pre-cooked) also.
 
Ingredients
2 cans (16 ounces each) whole kernel corn drained 1 8 ounce cream cheese
1 can (4 oz) green chilies, chipped 1 tbsp margarine
 
Directions
Combine ingredients in sauce pan and simmer over low heat until cream cheese melts.
