Hot Crawfish Dip for Tart Shells or Crackers

Prep Time:	30 minutes
Cook Time:	40 minutes
Ready In:	1 hour, 10 minutes

Great dip for parties, weddings or family gatherings.

Ingredients

8 pounds peeled and chopped crawfish tails

1 can cream of mushroom

1 stick butter

1 medium onion chopped fine

2 stalks celery chopped fine

1 tbsp flour

1/4 cup cold water

1/2 tsp garlic

Directions

Saute vegetables in butter until onions are clear. Add the soup, seafood, salt, peppers, garlic and simmer for 20 minutes.

Mix flour and water in a separate cup and mix well. Add to the seafood mixture and cook until mixture turns thick.

Serve in shells or with crackers.
