Makes:
Prep Time:30 minutes
Cook Time:20 minutes
Ready In:50 minutes
 
Ingredients
1 pound cooked crawfish 1 small package of macaroni
2 tbsp pickled relish 1 small jar of chopped pimentos
1 cup chopped celery 1 cup chopped bell pepper
1 small onion chopped 1 to 2 tablespoon mustard
Mayonnaise to desired wetness  
 
Directions
Cut crawfish to desired size and mix all ingredients together.

Chilling imparts a nice flavor.

Serve with crackers.
