| Ingredients |
| 1 pound crawfish, peeled |
1 stick butter |
| 1 large onion |
1 medium bell pepper |
| 1/2 cup celery, chopped |
1/2 cup picante sauce |
| 1/2 cup minced garlic |
1 can mushroom soup |
| 3 cups cooked rice |
1/2 cup onion tops or chives |
| red pepper to taste |
1 tbsp jalapeno peppers |

| | | Directions | Saute onions, bell pepper, celery, jalapeno and garlic in butter. Add picante sauce mushroom soup rice and crawfish tails. Mix well and bake in microwave oven for 30 minutes on high. Add onion tops and season to taste.
To make egg rolls, get a pack of egg roll wraps and follow the directions on the wraps. |
