Corn Flake Topped Hash Brown Potatoes

Prep Time:20 minutes
Cook Time:45 minutes
Ready In:1 hour, 5 minutes
My daughter gave me this recipe when she was in girl scouts many years ago. This makes a great breakfast food.
 
Ingredients
1/4 cup margarine 1 large package of frozen hash browns
1 small jar of Chese Whiz 1 can cream of chicken soup
1 small 8 oz sour cream 1/4 cup chopped onions
1 cup crushed cornflakes  
 
Directions
In a medium bowl, mix the cheese whiz, soup and sour cream with mixer. Add the onions, and salt and pepper to taste.

In a 9X13 pan, place the thawed hash browns and pour the mixture over the potatoes. Top with 1/4 butter mixed with crushed cornflakes.

Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until bubbly and brown.

Scale this recipe to servings.
