Makes:	8 servings
Prep Time:	20 minutes
Cook Time:	1 hour, 0 minutes
Ready In:	1 hour, 20 minutes

Ingredients

2 cups cream corn

1/4 cup bell pepper chopped

1/4 cup chopped green onion

1 tbsp flour

4 eggs

1 tbsp pimiento chopped

salt and pepper to taste

1/2 tsp a little bit of sugar

Directions

Preheat oven to 325 degrees.

Combine all ingredients except the eggs in medium glass bowl.

In a small glass bowl beat eggs and add to the other ingredients. Season to taste. I use both black pepper and cayenne.

Bake in a greased baking dish for an hour at 325*.
