If you are looking for an easy, fast and delicious dip to make for a party or just to snack on and you really like artichokes...........make this recipe. Great for holiday parties and at weddings. You and your guest will love it. I first enjoyed this recipe 32 years ago and is still one of my favorites.

Ingredients
1 pound shrimp 4 ounces jar artichoke hearts drained and chopped
4 ounces chopped mushrooms 1 small onion chopped fine (I like to use a red onion)
1 bottle Catalina Dressing or French Dressing salt, balck pepper and garlic powder to taste
dah of Worchestershire sauce

Directions
In a medium sauce pan, boil shrimp for 10 minutes until cooked throughout. Cool, peel and chop the shrimp into small pieces. Combine the shrimp with the chopped artichokes, mushrooms and chopped onion in a glass container that has a lid. Add to taste the salt, pepper and garlic powder. Add the bottle of dressing and mix thoroughly. Cover with a lid and refrigerate at least overnight. Serve with waverly or snack crackers. Will easily keep in the refrigerator for a few days.

Scale this recipe to servings.
