Here's an easy recipe for creamy EggNog, a Christmas favorite! Not for children but really great for adult parties.
Ingredients
6 eggs
1/2 pound granulated sugar
1 1/2 ounce rum
1 pint bourbon
1 pint heavy cream
1 pint milk
Directions
Beat the yolks of 6 eggs. In a separate bowl, beat the
egg whites and add in 1/2 pound of sugar. Add the well-beaten
egg yolks and beat both thoroughly together.
Stir in 1 1/2 ounces of rum. Add 1 pint of whiskey, 1 pint of heavy cream, and 1 pint of milk.
