Coke is the pause that refreshes and also lends it flavor to this cake frosting.
The recipe for Coke Cake is also on our site although the frosting can be used for any cake.
Ingredients
1/2 cup margarine
3 tbsp cocoa
6 tbsp Coca-Cola
1 box powdered sugar
1 cup pecans, chopped
Directions
Bring margarine, cocoa and coke to a boil. When smooth remove from heat and add sugar and pecans. Spread on baked, cool cake.
