Now that health conscious people have been told that chocolate and nuts are good for you (in moderation, of course), what could be better for you than both. This easy to make recipe is a must for get together and family gatherings. Great around the holidays too.
Ingredients
1 package 12 oz semi sweet chocolate
4 blocks shaved white chocolate
1 can salted peanuts or 12 to 14 oz bag of salted peanuts
Directions
In medium size bowl, microwave the chocolates on high for 2 minutes.
Stop and stir chocolate after first minute.
Toss in 1 can or bag 12 to 14 oz of salted peanuts; the least expensive brand works just as well as any.
Drop quickly on wax paper and cool in frig until set. Store in airtight container in refrigerator for best results.
