My children love this dish along with a whole bunch of their friends...Had the house full when I made this pot of chili. My kids didn't like the beans so we used corn....Yummy!

Ingredients
2 onions, chopped 1 bell pepper, chopped
2 pounds lean ground beef 1 pound ground pork
1-2 cans tomato paste 4 small cans tomato sauce
4 cups corn water
salt to taste pepper to taste
chili powder to taste cumin to taste
shredded cheese Frito Lay corn chips
cornbread

Directions
In a large stock pot, brown the meats, drain & rinse.
Return to pot & add the onion & bell pepper. Cook for about 10
minutes or until veggies start wilting.

At that point add the tomato paste & tomato sauce. Stir well & add
your water (u be the judge to how much u need).

Add the salt, pepper & chili powder, after letting it cook for a few
hours u can adjust seasonings. About an hour before the chili is
done add the corn and simmer for that last hour. I add a little
cumin to taste after turning off the chili.

Scale this recipe to servings.
