From Wikipedia - Succotash is a food dish consisting primarily of corn and lima beans or other shell beans. Other ingredients may be added including tomatoes and green or sweet red peppers. Because of the relatively inexpensive and more readily available ingredients, the dish was popular during the Great Depression in the United States. It was sometimes cooked in a casserole form, often with a light pie crust on top as in a traditional pot pie. In some parts of the American South, any mixture of vegetables prepared with lima beans and topped with lard or butter is called succotash.

Ingredients
9 legs - 8 thighs 3 cans green beans large
3 large red potatoes box box frozen okra thawed
1 1/2 cup water Seasonings - salt - black - pepper and cayenne pepper to taste
Corn may be added (optional)

Directions
Season chicken to taste. Spray cooking pan/pot with PAM and brown chicken. Add the three cans of drained green beans (drained). Cut the potatoes in large slices then cut in quarters and add to the dish. Add the one box of okra and the one and one half cups of water. Cook for one and one half over medium heat stirring to avoid the dish from sticking. The note on the written recipe states - It is delicious.
