A shortcut dish to makin' dumplings.........
Ingredients
1 Baking Hen (cut up)
2 cans biscuits
2 tbsp oil
Directions
Season Chicken to taste with salt and red pepper. Brown meat in oil. Add water to cover meat. Cook for about 1 hour for meat to be tender. Take biscuit cut into 6 pieces each. Drop by pieces cook for another 15 minutes covered and serve over rice and your favorite vegetable. Enjoy
