A great tasting chicken casserole that's easy to make.
Ingredients
8 chicken pieces
1 stick butter
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
2 cans French onion soup
2 cups clean, uncooked rice
Directions
In a 13x9 baking dish, melt a stick of butter. Mix in the
cream of mushroom soup and the French onion soup. Add in rice.
Season meat with salt and red pepper, then place on top of mixture.
Cover with foil and cook for 1 hour at 335 degrees. Uncover and cook for the remaining half hour.
