Anyone can afford these roe eggs!
 
Ingredients
2 cans blackeye peas drained 1 can whole kernel corn drained
1 can Rotel tomato 1/2 cup bell pepper finely chopped
1 small onion chopped finely 1 small bottle Italian dressing
 
Directions
Mix all ingredients together and marinate in a covered bowl for 12 hours in the refrigerator. Serve with crackers at any party or get together.
