Ingredients
2 eggs
3 cups Cooked Sweet Potatoes
1 stick soften butter
2/3 cup sugar
1 tbsp vanilla
2/3 cup light brown sugar
1 stick butter
1/2 cup chopped pecans
Directions
Mix together beaten eggs, cooked and mashed potatoes, butter, sugar and vanilla. Place in a 9x14 dish. Set aside. Mix together the light brown sugar, butter, flour and chopped pecans. You may want to double this. Butter your hands so you can spread out this mixture. Lay on top of first half of recipe. Bake at 400 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes
