Serving brats, sasuage or burgers for your football games parties or family gatherings? Make them taste extra special by adding these carmelized onions. Although it takes time to prepare this dish, the effort is well worth it. |

| Ingredients |
| 12 cups thinly sliced onions (red onions) |
2 - 4 tsp of any chicken flavored broth |
| 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar |

| | | Directions | | Saute the onions for 45 minutes in the chicken broth, covered. Uncover at end of time and lower heat, cook for another hour, stirring often. At that point add vinegar and cook another 45 minutes to an hour. Serve with your favorite sandwich. |
