Caramel and Cinnamon Pecans

Makes:
Prep Time:	10 minutes
Cook Time:	10 minutes
Ready In:	20 minutes

These wonderful tasting pecans were served at L. Simmons wedding. They were more than gracious to share this recipe.

Ingredients

1 stick butter

1 tsp cinnamon

1 cup brown sugar

1 pound pecans

Directions

Cook in microwave - Melt butter in casserole dish. Add brown sugar and cinnamon and mix well. Cook on high for 3 to 5 minutes.

Add pecans - Cook 3 to 5 minutes more. Cool on wax paper. Store in a closed air-tight container.
