Cook Time:30 minutes
Ready In:45 minutes
I am not sure why this was called "Sad Cake". Anyone knows why this is called "Sad Cake" let me know. May be because it is made with biscuit mix that someone thought it was a "sad" excuse for a cake. Sad or not this cake taste great. Thanks to Jen for letting our site know why it is called a sad cake.........Sad cake because it's supposed to sink in the middle giving it a sad appearance ..................
 
Ingredients
4 eggs 1/3 cup cooking oil
1 box dark brown sugar 1 3/4 cup biscuit mix
 
Directions
Mix all ingredients together and pour in a 9X13 greased floured pan.

Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.

Scale this recipe to servings.
