Prep Time:15 minutes
Cook Time:40 minutes
Ready In:55 minutes
A quick, easy and delightful scratch cake. Called a 2x2 because all ingredients are an increment of the number 2.
 
Ingredients
2 cups flour 2 cups sugar
2 cups chopped pecans 2 cups crushed pineapple with juice
2 eggs 2 tsp baking soda
 
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

In a large glass bowl, mix all ingredients and pour into a well greased 13x9 pan.

Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.

Scale this recipe to servings.
