Quick and Easy Brownies
 
Ingredients
1/3 cup evaporated milk 3/4 cup butter melted
1 box German Chocolate or Devils Food cake mix 1/3 cup evaporated milk
1 package caramels 1 can pecans or walnuts
1 package chocolate chips (16 oz)  
 
Directions
Mix evaporated milk, cake mix and butter. Pour half in a 9x13 pan. Bake for 6 minutes in a 350 degree oven. While cake is baking melt the caramels and the other 1/3 cup evaporated milk, set aside. Take the cake out of oven and sprinkle the baked half of the cake with the chocolate chips and the nuts. Pour the melted caramel on top of the chips and nuts. Take the rest of the cake mixture and put it on top of the nuts, chips and caramel. Place back in the oven and finish baking for 28 minutes at 350 degrees.
