Makes: 7 servings
Prep Time:30 minutes
Cook Time:15 minutes
Ready In:45 minutes
 
Ingredients
1 1/2 pound Owen Country Sasuage 1 can Crescent Dinner rolls
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese 1/4 cup grated onion
4 eggs, beaten 3/4 cup milk
1/4 tsp salt 1/4 tsp pepper
 
Directions
Crumble sausage in a medium skillet;

Stirring occasionally cook over medium heat until brown.

Add onion and cook a few minutes until onion is wilted. Drain well.

Line bottom of a buttered dish 13x9x2-inch with crescent rolls, firmly pressing to seal. Sprinkle with sausage and cheese.

Combine remaining ingredients. Beat well and pour over sausage. Bake at 425 degrees for 15 minutes or until set. Let stand 5 minutes. Serves 6 to 8.
