Ingredients
5 pounds pork baby back ribs
garlic powder
2 tsp garlic powder to taste
roasted sesame seeds
1/4 cup soy sauce
black pepper to taste
1/4 cup brown sugar
small amount of worchestershire sauce
Tobasco sauce to taste
crystal lite lemonade (diluted, used for tenderizer)
Directions
Prepare enough Crystal Lite lemonade to have enough liquid to cover the ribs. Mix the remainging ingredients together and sprinkle or rub into meat. Place the meat in the marinade in a covered container and marinate 1-2 days prior to cooking. Bake at 350 for 2 1/2 hours, loosely coverd for 2 hours, then uncover for last 1/2 hour or so. Ribs could be grilled also.
