Wow...speed up your holiday cooking with this no bake fruit cake. Time saved and the cake has such a delcious flavor.

Ingredients
1 pound vanilla wafers 1 pound dates
1/4 pound shredded coconut 8 ounces jar maraschino cherries drained
2 cups pecans chopped 2 cups walnuts
1 pound marshmallows 1 stick butter
1 can Eagle Brand Condensed Milk

Directions
In a medium to large glass bowl, crumble wafers fine. Cut the dates, nuts and cherries in half. Mix all together. Mix in the coconut and marshmallows. Add the condensed milk and mix well.

Roll out into a small roll, wrap in saran wrap. Place in the icebox to firm up. The longer it sits the better it is. Slice when ready to serve. You could also press into a container, cool to firm and cut into pieces. Store in an airtight container.
