Makes:	8 servings
Prep Time:	25 minutes
Cook Time:	40 minutes
Ready In:	1 hour, 5 minutes

A great additions to a Sunday meal for that special finish.

Ingredients

2 apples chopped and unpeeled

1 cup sugar

1 1/2 cup flour

1 tsp soda

1/2 tsp salt

1 cup cooking oil

1 egg

1 tsp vanilla

1/2 cup pecans chopped

1/2 cup flaked coconut

Directions

In a medium bowl, mix the apples and sugar and let stand 15 minutes to form juice.

In a separate bowl sift the flour, salt and soda together. Add to the apples. Add the remaining ingredients and mix thoroughly.

Pour into a greased and floured 8 inch square pan. Bake at 40 to 45 minutes for 350 degrees. Then eat!
