Aunt Ruby was ALWAYS having to search for this recipe cuz she forgets where she puts it; she decided to ask our site to put it on this website so her searches would be ended! Not like American Idol - that search is forever ongoing. You know that show American Idol - the hit FOX musical reality series following three judges, Simon Cowell, Randy Jackson (II), and Paula Abdul, along with host Ryan Seacrest around the United States in search of the next American Idol. I think they need to stop and look at all our Cajun Idols for their next winner.
Ingredients
6 ounces Blue Cheese crumbles
1 cup sour cream
1/3 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup wine vinegar
1 tbsp grated onion (very fine)
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp paprika
Sprinkle of black pepper
Directions
Crumble blue cheese in bowl. Add the remaining ingredients and chill for one hour. Store any unused portion refrigerated in a closed jar or bottle.
