Makes: 6 servings
Prep Time:10 minutes
Cook Time:45 minutes
Ready In:55 minutes
A very good snack cake for times when you are out of milk and want to make a quick cake.
 
Ingredients
3/4 cup cooking oil 2 cups sugar
3 cups flour 2 eggs
1 tsp salt 1 tbsp cinnamon
1 tsp nutmeg 2 tsp vanilla
1 can apple pie filling 1 tsp baking soda
 
Directions
Mix all ingredients together and pour into a 9/13 pan.
Bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 50 minutes.
