Quick, easy and delicious, is what you will say about this wonderful apple dish.

Ingredients

5 - 6 Granny Smith Apples

1/2 box dry yellow cake mix

cinnamon and sugar mixture to look sandy

1 stick butter cut into small pats

Directions

In a pie dish, spray lightly with PAM. Layer the apples, then the yellow cake mix, the cinnamon sugar and the butter.

Bake at 350 for 25 to 30 minutes until golden brown.
