Prep Time:30 minutes
Cook Time:30 minutes
Ready In:1 hour, 0 minutes
This corn recipe is as simple as they come. Just as easy as it is good.
 
Ingredients
1 chopped onion 1 chopped bell pepper
1/2 block margarine 1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can whole corn drained 1 can cream style corn
1 egg 3 cheese slices
1/2 stack saltine crackers crushed  
 
Directions
Saute' onions and peppers in margarine until onion is clear.
Add the remaining ingredients and heat until the cheese melts.

Pour into a greased 2 or 3 quart casserole, cover and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.

Scale this recipe to servings.
