One of the original cold cereals makes this dish a winner.
Ingredients
- 4 cups corn flakes, crushed
- 1/3 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/3 cup melted butter
- 1 (3 3/4 oz) box instant vanilla pudding
Directions
Step 1
Combine cereal with sugar, cinnamon and butter. Reserve 1/2 cup of mixture. Press remaining cereal mixture into bottom of eight-inch square pan.
Step 2
Prepare pudding as directed. Pour over cereal and top with reserved cereal mixture.
Step 3
Chill for one hour; cut in squares and serve. Such a simple pleasure!
