| Fun facts from http://www.foodreference.com. There is an all-garlic restaurant in Stockholm where they offer a garlic cheesecake. Cheesecake may be considered an American classic, but they have been popular throughout the ages. Cheesecakes of differing types were popular in ancient Greece and in Cajun country. Sonya Thomas holds the World Record for cheesecake eating. She ate 11 pounds of cheesecake in 9 minutes. My stomach hurts just thinking about it!

| The first time I ate this, a tear came to my eye -- it was so unbelievably good. Once I found out it was reduced calorie/sugar, I served myself two more slices!

| No mystery here as to the great taste of this pie. This is made faster than reading a mystery novel. Speaking of which here are two recommended mystery novels with a spice of Cajun flair - Tami Hoag's "Lucky's Lady" and Susan Anderson's "Exposure" - Mysteries as dangerous as the bayou heat! |
