Fluffly Cheesecake with SplendaJudy T Mire
Fun facts from http://www.foodreference.com. There is an all-garlic restaurant in Stockholm where they offer a garlic cheesecake. Cheesecake may be considered an American classic, but they have been popular throughout the ages. Cheesecakes of differing types were popular in ancient Greece and in Cajun country. Sonya Thomas holds the World Record for cheesecake eating. She ate 11 pounds of cheesecake in 9 minutes. My stomach hurts just thinking about it!
Two Minute Hawaiian PieJudy T Mire
Very light and easy to make dessert for the Cajun who dreams about visiting Hawaii!

Lena's Old Fashion Bread PuddingIn memory of a great friend and co-worker, Lena Bertrand
This recipe belonged to our friend Lena Bertrand. There was hardly a birthday or holiday that she didn't make her bread pudding. Everyone loved it. This is in memory of Lena from her friend and co-worker at Kaplan State Bank, Cynthia Abshire
Sugar Free Pecan PieRegina Trahan
Diabetic or have had gastric bypass surgery and can't have sugar? Here is a delicious pecan pie you can enjoy....and the best part is it doesn't taste sugar free!
Lite Two-Layer Pumpkin PieChrissy LeMaire
The first time I ate this, a tear came to my eye -- it was so unbelievably good. Once I found out it was reduced calorie/sugar, I served myself two more slices! It was made for the diabetic in my family but I personally favor this pie over regular pumpkin pies.

Banana Cream PieBrenda Richard
A classic made easy.
Mystery PieBrenda Richard
No mystery here as to the great taste of this pie. This is made faster than reading a mystery novel. Speaking of which here are two recommended mystery novels with a spice of Cajun flair - Tami Hoag's "Lucky's Lady" and Susan Anderson's "Exposure" - Mysteries as dangerous as the bayou heat!
Chocolate Peanut Butter Fudge CakeSusan Hoffpauir on behalf of Ginger Comeaux
This is my mother-in-law's Ginger Comeaux's recipe for my husband's birthday cake.
Recipe includes picture!  Pear PieLS
Pear Pie is a Cajun's all-time favorite.
