| Author's Note:
A wonderful authentic recipe. The Salsa taste just like it does in the really good (finer) restaurants!
The servings depend on how much salsa one eats.
Editor's Note: Serve this up at the next Super Bowl Party.....or any family gathering or wedding. Salsa is a wonderful addition to the the Cajun culture. Many Cajun cooks are adding salsa to their dishes or eating it straight up! |

| This "crawfish bread" at a party is a big hit. It is relatively easy to prepare. I have served it mainly as an appetizer but did serve it once as an entree. |
| Author's Note - "I used only blueberries and strawberries but added cream cheese to the topping mix."
A great 4th of July celebration dish for Cajuns proudly supporing our troops.

| This variation of Mexican salsa substitutes the common ingredients (for the most part)of items found in the Cajun pantry. You can make it hot or not! I fixed this salsa for my nephew's graduation and it was a success salsa. If I had had more time to marinate, it would have been entirely too awesome. Not yet rated |
| This is my Grandmother's recipe. She made it every Fourth of July. This is a rich and delicious ice cream recipe. |
