| This variation of Mexican salsa substitutes the common ingredients (for the most part)of items found in the Cajun pantry. You can make it hot or not! I fixed this salsa for my nephew's graduation and it was a success salsa. If I had had more time to marinate, it would have been entirely too awesome. Not yet rated |

| Ahhh Cajuns.....Always making a good thing better with Cajun written all over it! This is a slightly different version of the traditonal caesar salad - Ceasar's a'la Cajun.
This dish is so hearty it is best had as a main meal. |
